Harvard Waste Water Treatment Plant Construction

Undergoing a construction project at the Harvard Waste Water Treatment Plant due to the age and current technology at the plant.  The current plant dates back to the 1940's and 1950's The 20 Million dollar construction will change the operation of the plant to an oxidation ditch with increased clarification of the water. The operational and permitted flow of the plant is set at 1.8 million gallons per day.  The project is currently under construction and should be finished in the summer of 2023.
